One thousand footfalls...

Everyone calls this 1000ft falls, but it is closer to 1500/1600ft falls. It's the tallest water fall in Central America. If you like nice views this is a good place to visit. There is a little trail that will get you a nice view of the valley. The road isn't the best, but it's do able. When you get there you'll see a neat viewing platform and you can usually see some neat wild life. A lot of the tours no longer take guests here unless you ask for it specifically ask for it. The reason being is that it's pretty far from all the other sights and usually once you get to Big Rock or Rio On Pools you don't want to leave. None of this is to say that this isn't a perfectly beautiful spot for a picnic though.

The refreshing Waters of the Waterfall is waiting for you and your family....

If you are someone who likes hiking you will get two package at one... You will be able to hike while you enjoy the magical view of the Waterfall...

The wonderful blue waters and the most refreshing body of water with the most view...
Definitely the One Thousand Footfall is one of the tops Belizean top destination that you will only see in San Ignacio.....

"The Great Blue Whole"

The Great Blue Hole is a world-class destination for recreational scuba divers attracted by the opportunity to dive in crystal-clear waters and see myriad species of marine life including tropical fish and spectacular coral formations.
The marine life in these areas includes nurse sharks, giant groupers, and several types of reef sharks such as the Caribbean reef shark and the Black tip shark. Dive excursions to the Great Blue Hole are full-day trips, that usually consist of one dive in the Blue Hole and two additional dives in nearby reefs.
